Overview

By the end of this program, the participant should be able to:

  • Recognize the anatomy of the alimentary canal.
  • Recall positioning for radiographic examination of the esophagus and the upper and lower
    gastrointestinal (GI) tracts.
  • Describe the radiographic anatomy visualized on all demonstrated images of the GI tract.
  • Identify evaluation criteria for imaging the GI tract.
