When it comes to the servicing of your diagnostic imaging equipment – both GE and non-GE systems – you want to work with a company you can trust. GE Healthcare’s Multi-Vendor Services team currently maintains more than 14,000 non-GE imaging devices across the country and regularly trains on an increasing number of OEM systems. For added convenience, you’ll have one point of contact for sales and service operation, and—depending on the scale of the agreement—one onsite program manager to direct daily operations.

Get the technical expertise you need from GE Healthcare’s 1,000+ service engineers trained to work on non-GE equipment. Collectively, they spend thousands of hours annually learning about the latest technologies from all major manufacturers.

At the state-of-the-art GE Multi-Vendor Services Technical Center of Excellence in Arlington, TX, GE engineers train on close to 50 different pieces of equipment installed in this 52,000 sq. ft. facility – everything from R&F and mammography to CT, MR, and vascular systems. This provides opportunities for in-depth, hands-on education to improve both the quality and speed of repair. Field-based training programs provide more educational opportunities for many more non-GE systems.

The Technical Center of Excellence is also home to a parts repair operation that handles more than 700 repairs each year and feeds a multi-vendor parts inventory to provide you faster service.

A Critical Part of Quality and Productivity

GE stocks the largest inventory of factory-tested GE replacement parts in the world, plus more than 4,000 non-GE components. Our global parts network operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. More than 400 parts specialists are deployed in one mega hub, 15 regional distribution centers and seven strategically placed centers to make critical replacement parts available the same or next day. Critical and heavy parts are pre-positioned throughout the network for rapid response.

Our expansive Parts Repair Operation in Milwaukee provides an internal repair capability for digital boards and other high value parts. GE’s Global Parts organization has been ISO 9001 certified, which ensures defined steps are taken to achieve specified quality levels. These steps include, among other process elements, careful selection of suppliers who exceed standards of quality outlined in GE’s ISO 9001 quality procedures manual.
